T.J. Mallory, Realtor

I grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia but since 1987 have loved the beaches of South Walton, Miramar Beach and Destin. I graduated from Auburn University in 2000 with a business degree in Aviation Management. Living in Walton County the last twenty years has provided me many opportunities to become involved in the community through volunteering, working as a Middle School teacher and coach, a property manager and currently a massage therapist and full time Realtor. These experiences have helped me develop impeccable customer service for sellers and buyers and a true respect for clients.

I am careful to explain information and make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible. I truly enjoy getting to know and understand my clients’ needs and motivations, while utilizing my organizational skills.  I am diligent in negotiations and go beyond the ordinary to make sure my clients are very happy and satisfied.

Having grown up in a military family, I am aware of the sacrifice our local heroes have made and I work with families as they transition to civilian life, or continue their service in the local area.

As a boat captain, I enjoy fishing the Gulf and Choctawhatchee Bay in my spare time with friends and family.  I am married to Sage, a High School science teacher and have one daughter, Eila.  I enjoy grilling out, playing the guitar, and you can find me playing washboard, cajon or drums with many wonderful musicians around the area.
